HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs may vary by item, manufacturer, and shipping method selected at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing. Please allow 6–10 business days for production, as most products are made to order across all our manufacturing partners.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days transit 

Express Order Processing: 1–3 business days transit

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at Info@blondbays.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as described in our listing or are defective, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.

All returns must be in original packaging and condition and must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
